Importing Turnitin IDs to MedLearn

Navigate to MedLearn and click "Admin", then select "User Management"

Click "Import TurnItIn IDs"

The student Turnitin IDs and their Imperial email addresses are required for this stage. This information can be found within Turnitin after students have submitted their papers. Within the Turnitin Assignment Inbox, click "Download All"

Click "Grade Report"
We suggest that you do this after the submission deadline has passed so you get all student submissions in a single grade report file.

Reformat the CSV file you downloaded to have two columns - headers should be "Turnitin User ID" and "Email".

Return to MedLearn. Click "Choose a file…" and upload the reformatted file. Click "Upload" when finished.

You will see a page stating how many Turnitin IDs were uploaded.
IMPORTANT: If the initial assessment on the course is anonymous this will not work as the Turnitin IDs will be anonymised (no e-mail address will appear in the grade report).
