Navigate to <https://ctda-dev1-lib.grove.ad.uconn.edu/> login to the site, and once logged in click on the Groups icon on the left side of your screen.

Click the "Label" field and enter the name of your spreadsheet ingest following this naming convention YYYY-MM-DD_organization_description_of_ingest_version (ex. 2023-12-05_CTDA+UHart_Test_242_A).

Click the "Target file" field and navigate to your spreadsheet.

Click the "Sheet" field and enter the name of the sheet within the spreadsheet document you wish to ingest. This must match your sheet name exactly.

For Base mapping select "CSV to DGI Standard Islandora Repository Object nodes" and click Save.

Click the Submit button and wait for the objects to ingest. This will take some time depending on the number of records you are ingesting and the size of the media.

Once the ingest process finishes, we want to review any errors/messages. To do this click "View"

Click the name of the migration group. In this case I will click "isi__2023_12_07_ctda_uhart_test_a" for my ingest to review the messages.

Click on the messages number to view any messages. The key message statuses you are looking for are Failed as these will not have been ingested.

Now let's look at the content we ingested. To do so, click "Groups"

The most recently ingested content will be at the top of the list. If you see the status as published that's a good sign the content ingested. To review the object you can click Edit on the right or you can click the title to view the public record for this object.
