Accessing Course Progress within the Insights Tab

This guide shows how to quickly pull up learner completion status for any course in your group using the Insights tab. Follow it to filter by course, open the Action menu, and view “Learner Progress” to see who is currently taking or has finished the course. Use the same steps to check progress for other courses as needed.

After logging into your Group Dashboard from the My Learning tab, Select your group and click **Insights**.

Next, select "Filter"

Click the "Course" from the filter drop-down.

Then, locate the course you want to review and click the "Action" button next to it.

Click "Learner Progress" from the drop-list.

The progress of the learners **completing** the course will be displayed.

To view another course, find the course in the insights tab and then select the Action button.

Click "Learner Progress"

**Please note:** Results will only be shown for learners who are currently taking or have completed the course.

Continue this progress for each of the courses you need to review for course completions.
