After downloading the installer, click the Downloads button

Double-click the CloudVeil-106-macos.dmg download entry

Click and drag "CloudVeil For Mac.app" to the Applications folder.

Click Open to allow CloudVeil For Mac to open.

Type your username. This will be the email registered to your cloudveil.org account.

For the password it will be **password** (all lowercase). Then click on **login**.

If the "CloudVeil For Mac" new network extension message doesn't pop up, **Restart** the computer. If it does pop up or shows after restarting the computer, please continue.

Toggle on this switch for CloudVeil For Mac.

**Restart** the computer to ensure the filter has been applied successfully.

In the **Advanced** tab, click the **check for updates** button

Click on **Install Update** if one is available

When prompted, click on **Install and Relaunch.** Confirm once more by clicking **Reboot now.**

Clicking the **test** buttons will test the filter. A green checkmark will appear if it is working correctly

When visiting support about your filter, you may be asked to **synchronize the CloudVeil for Mac (CV4M)** **app**. The **synchronize settings** button is found in the **Advanced** tab.
