Enter a relevant title for your new page.

Enter your content using the Wordpress block editor. If you are entering text only, enter your text and hit enter to start a new paragraph.

If you wish to add other types of content, such as images, image galleries, lists, columns of text, etc, click on the blue square with a plus.

Recently used and common block types will show by default, such as image. To add an image block, click image.

Click Upload to upload a new image, or Media Library to select a previously uploaded image.

Select your image from the media library.

Click "Add caption" to add caption text to your image.

If you want to add another block, click on the blue square with a plus in the area where the new block should be.

If you don't see the block type you want in this view, click "Browse all"

A list of all block types appears on the left side of the page. Click the type you want to add. In this example, we will add a new list to the page.

Click on your first list item and an editor bar appears. 

Let's change our list from unordered (bullets) to an ordered list (numbers). Do this by clicking on the ordered list icon from the block editor toolbar.

Add your list items, hitting enter after each to add a new list item.

When you are finished editing your new page and want it to be live on your website, click "Publish"

Click the Wordpress logo in the top left corner to return to the dashboard.

Click "View" to view your new page. If you want your new page added to your site's menu, there are additional steps you will need to follow. Please see the guide on adding new menu items.

Adding A New Page
