KD Max allows you to set a unique handle location for each door type.

For "Rotary Door" or left/right doors, the default handle location for these are 'RightUp" for Left Open doors, and "LeftUp" for Right Open doors. for these door types "Level" represents the "x" value and "Upright" is the "y" value. See image for reference

For "Up open door" or Up/Down doors, the default handle location for these are 'DownMiddle" for Up Open doors, and "UpMiddle" for Down Open doors. for these door types "Level" is not used and "Upright" is the "y" value. See image for reference

For "Sliding door" the default handle location for these are 'UpMiddle", for these door types "Level" is not used and "Upright" is the "y" value. See image for reference
