Tip!

Keywords are words that allow a contact to opt-in to:

- Groups like Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, or Pool
- Campaigns that are informational or automated responses like Menus, Hours, or Event Details

Type in the Keyword for members to opt-in or request information from.

That's all you need to do to create a Keyword!\

Now, to add a Keyword to a Campaign, click "Campaigns"

A campaign that gives your audience an easy way to opt-in to your marketing and automatically segment themselves based on interests.

Update the "Campaign Name" to your liking.

Select the keyword for your campaign for members to opt-in. In this case we'll use the 'member' example we just created.

Pro Tip:

Add various keywords of the same origin to a campaign in case members mistype or misread the proper keyword!

Even easier - add these new keywords right from the Keyword(s) dropdown on this screen!

Select a Group and write the initial outgoing message in the Edit Message box.\

*This message will be a response to the keyword.*

The opt-out message will be automaitcally added to thee nd of the first message response to your new member.\

Click "Create" and your campaign is immediately active!
