How customers can check available programs, their rewards, notifications, monitor points, and add new pet profiles.

Astroloyalty

If a customer has a coupon or reward available, it will show a yellow banner at the top of the page.

The customers can view Offers, Adoption, or Frequent Buyer programs that your store is enrolled in by clicking the options at the top of the page.

Customers can sign up for a Pet Owner account at your store or they can login via the button at the top of the page.

If they are new, they can select: "New Account? Signup Here"

Or they can enter in their email address and password if they already have a Pet Owner account.

A customer can only log in via web browser or mobile app, if they have an email address associated with their Pet Owner account at your store.

Once they log in or create an account, they will able to access additional menu options by clicking on their name in the top right.

Notifications

Click "Notifications"

The customer will be able to view any email or push notifications that you sent to them in this section.

Loyalty Points

If you are subscribed to the Loyalty Points feature, the customers will be able to view their Point totals and review any available rewards.

It will show their current total points as well as their recent point activity.

If you have multiple reward options, the customer will see all available point rewards.

Add or Edit Pets

Customers can view their Pets profiles by clicking on "My Pets".

Customers can select "Add Pet"

They can fill out the pet form and add a photo of their pet to their pet's profile.

Click "Save New Pet"

They can edit their pet's profile by selecting the Pencil icon.

Settings

Click "Settings"

Customers can edit their name, phone number, email and change their password. \ They can also opt in or out of receiving emails or SMS texts from your store.
