Navigate to https://\[youragency\].georgia.gov/

Click **Add**.

Click **Micro-content**.

Click **Laserfiche Form**.

Enter a **title** for the Laserfiche Form.

Enter the **BPID** for the form.

Enter the **height** in pixels for the form to display.

If you're ready for the Laserfiche Form to be live, check the box next to **publish** before clicking on **Save**.
