Make sure that you already have the Laserfiche Snapshot Driver already installed on your computer. In addition, prepare your Account ID number and your Laserfiche log in credentials.

On your Task Bar, click on the search box.

Snapshot Configuration (Current User), App, Press right to switch preview

You will be prompted to enter the organizations Account ID number.

Enter your credentials to signin to Laserfiche.

By default, after a document has been printed you wull be prompted to configure the properties of the document.

To retain the name of the document to be printed/snapshot into laserfiche, click on the "**&gt;**" icon next to the Name field.

To select the where the document will be saved click on the "**...**" next to the Folder field.

Locate and click your assigned folder (your name). 

Click "OK" to finish setting up the Laserfiche Snapshot Driver.
