From your Oxford Insight course dashboard, select "instructor Tools" to reveal a drop down menu. 

From this menu, select "Late Work Manager".

Accept or Reject Late Work by Individual Assessment

To accept late work by individual assessments , select the assessments you wish to update by clicking the box to the left of the assessments status. You can choose to update more than one assessment at a time by selecting multiple boxes. 

Click on the box labeled "Actions" in the upper right corner. To accept the late work select, "Accept". 

You will then have the option to set a score deduction to the work accepted. 

To reject any late work, select the assessment you wish to reject by clicking on the box to the left of assessment status. Then click on "Action" in the upper right corner. 

Confirm that you wish to reject the assessment. 

Still working from the "Late Work Manager", select "Set Late-Work Policy". 

Make your selections for a late-work policy that can be applied to all late submissions moving forward. You can choose to have this policy accept the work and apply the chosen deduction automatically.

Click save once you have finished with your selections. 

It will ask you to confirm that your selections be applied to all existing late work. 

Oxford Insight allows you to accept or reject late work by individual assessment or to set a late-work policy that applies to all work submitted past the set due date.
