Navigate to WhatsApp Templates and click on "Carousel".

After entering engaging content in the message bubble, create your cards.

Choose your media type and enter a text that'll contain a coupon code which will compel cart abandoners to purchase.

Click on the "Add Button" option and Choose "Call to action".

Click "Static" and paste your website's product URL inside "Website URL".

Complete the same process for your remaining cards.

After the cards have been created, Click on "Add Sample".

After adding the sample, Click on "Submit".

Once the template has been approved, head on over to "User Segmentation".

Fill in your Segment name and description. Afterwards, add a rule under "Include".

Select the filter as "Abandoned a product and did not convert".

Click on "Add Products" and choose the product or products you'd like to target this segment for.

Click on the calendar icon and select the required dates.

Click "Run Campaign" under the recently created segment.

After completing Step 1, Click the "Choose Template" field.

Click on the carousel template that was just created and upload your media and variables once again.

After completing Step 3. Click "Validate" in Step 4.

Finally test the Campaign in Step 5 and then launch it on Step 6.
