Level 1 - Create a New Referral
This guide walks you through the process of creating and submitting a referral.

To add a referral student or enter student information into Backpack for the MIS, click the Create a New Referral button.

Click "Add Referral"
Referral Details

Enter the required information on the first Demographics page, then click **Save and Continue**.

Enter the required information on the second Demographics page, then click **Save and Continue**.

Click '+' icon to add Parent/Guardian Information

Click "Save and continue"

Click "Submit Referral." After the referral is submitted, an email notification will automatically be sent to all Level 4 users.
