The table below the line graph will show actual performance on the placement level against your set goal. 

Click on a given placement to see how performance against the goal varies against each level of granularity.  

For example within a given campaign, poor performance might be driven by a specific ad set, while other ad sets might be hitting your goal. 

To see performance rolled up to a more granular level, use the "Edit Breakdowns" button. 

The recommendations feature will provide turn-key optimization recommendations to increase or decrease spend based on campaign-level performance against your goal. 

Actual budget adjustments of course will need to be made in each individual ad platform.  Rockerbox's recommendations are merely suggestions based on your target goal.
