Uploading Individual Portraits

If you receive portraits outside of a professional photographer's PSPI file, here is how you can upload those images and input their data.

Portrait Upload

Click the Portraits icon.

Click "Upload Images"

You can drag and drop the image(s), select a file from your device or upload them from Google Drive.

Data Entry & Tagging

Next, enter the portrait data. If your portraits are in the same grade or teacher group, you can easily apply it to all of them at once by using "Apply to all portraits".

If they are different, click the individual Grade fields to change or apply a value.

Portrait by portrait, type in their first name and last name. Use the "tab" key to help you move quickly as you do this.

If you flow your portraits by a group other than Grade, input that value for Teacher/Other.

Navigate back to the library.

Individual Portrait Management

Notice your name and grade information now visible on each portrait. Click the expansion icon to engage with that data.

Click in the Name fields to make changes in the Details panel.

You can also change the Grade and Teacher information in the Details panel.

List View

Click the List View icon in the upper right to see your portraits in a different view.

The fields in each row are editable. Click in the fields to make changes as you go down the list.
