Link Child Ticket to Parent Ticket in System

Open the ticket which needs to be linked to Parent Ticket

Click "Actions"

Click "Set Parent"

Click "Ticket ID #" and enter the ticket ID of the Parent ticket and Select the ticket from Drop down

Ticket ID can be found at the top of the Parent ticket ,Click the numbers to copy to clipboard

Click "Parent Ticket" name to select it

Click "Save"

Switch to Child Ticket and Hit Refresh to see the child ticket is linked to parent ticket .

Click "Refresh"

Click "Refresh" on the Parent ticket to see the Children tickets

Click "Children"

Child Ticket is listed in Children tab for Parent Ticket
