Link journal entries to an appointment

Open the appointment, either from Patient360, the Schedule, or the Dashboard.

Under the Journal section, click "Link."

Select the correct journal entry and click "Link now." You can link both published journals and journals still in draft.

You can link as many entries as you like, and they will all be displayed in the sidebar.

The Dashboard will display whether the appointment has a linked journal entry, and whether it's published or in draft.\ \ If an appointment has more than one linked entry, the icon will show as draft as long as at least one of them hasn't been published yet.

To unlink an entry, open the appointment and click the three dots. The entry will still stay on the patient's record and can be linked again if needed.
