From the HSNO Portfolio Overview, navigate to SDS Repository

Locate the SDS you plan to link one or more items to. Click the menu to display available options.

Tip! The Same Linking substances form can also be opened from directly clicking on the Linked Substances count shown for each SDS, shown as a circled number for each SDS.

To link Substances to the SDS, Click the "Search Substance" field.

Use the search box to search for the Substance or substances you wish to link with the SDS, and check the box next to each substance to select.

Once all required substances are selected, Click "Update" to save the SDS links.
