Start with defining the list for this campaign. The drop down provides many options.

Absentee / Model Renters

For this example we are using "Upload My Own List".  We have (2) list to be uploaded and combined for the mailing of this postcard. -  My SOI and My Farming List (csv files - for mire details on file type and layout see the List & Mailing Tab below.  

Click the "Upload List One" field and select your first list. After it is upload you will see the file name displayed,

Click the "Upload List Two" field, and selected your second list.  After it is upload you will see the file name displayed,

Confirm that you have reviewed the name fields you are providing and they are formatted correctly.  So if you have "Tom Smith" - Perfect. If you have "Smith  & Tom Smith Jan ET AL" we suggest you correct or have us correct

Choose option
I have reviewed name fields- Mail as Is
Replace my name fields with "Current Resident"
Please correct name fields (+.05/each)

If you have duplicates on any one list or when list are combined we can remove them, Define how you want to set up a match.  

Choose option
Do Not remove duplicate addresses
Remove if addresses match
Remove if name and address match
Merge to one if last names match (Tom & Sue Smith)
Merge Two Names match single address (Tom Smith & Sue Jones)
