Open the Live Poll activity you have created.

Select the "Settings" tab from the top options.

The "General" settings determine the Live Poll name and description.

The "Live poll settings" section allows you to provide options for students to select from as answers to the poll. Please note, the minimum amount of options is 2, and the maximum amount is 4.

Select a correct option to be revealed if this setting needs to be used. If the poll is only being used to gather votes and doesn't have a correct option, please ignore this setting.

The "Result rendering" option determines how the results will be displayed in the activity. The dropdown allows you to choose from several different graph types.

Click "Save and return to course" to confirm changes.

The Live poll is now open for voting. From the "Vote control" section of the activity page, you can stop students from voting by selecting "Close voting", or reveal the correct answer by clicking "Highlight answer".
