Live Transfer (Cold) Configuration

**Cold Transfer** immediately routes the customer to the selected recipient without providing any call summary, notes, or introductory message beforehand.

Within the agent build, navigate to **Actions.**

Click **Set Up** for Live Transfer.

Click the **drop-down arrow** to view available transfer numbers. Then, check the box next to one or more numbers you would like the agent to use for transfers.

**Optional:** To add a new transfer number that is not already available in the list—or if no transfer numbers have been added yet—click **Add New Number** and follow the prompts to create a new transfer contact. When ready, click **Add Number.**

Decide which number is the primary transfer route and click **Set as Primary.**

Next, set the call routing (Round Robin or 1:1) by click the drop down arrow.

**Round Robin:** If multiple transfer numbers are selected, calls will be distributed evenly among the available recipients to ensure balanced call routing. **1-to-1:** Routes all transfers to a single designated recipient, with no rotation between users.

Select the appropriate **time zone.**

Set the availability a call can be transferred **(day and start/end time).** To add additional days, click **+ Add Hours.**

To delete certain days, **click the trash icon.**

Finally, select the type of transfer. Choose **Cold.**

When ready, click **Save** in the bottom right-hand corner.

Ensure *Live Transfer* is enabled. When active, the Live Transfer option will be highlighted in green. To disable Live Transfer, simply toggle the *Enable* switch off.
