Locations and Amenities

Setting the Locations and Amenities for a property is a vital function in NetVendor Maintenance. Setting the proper locations and amenities means that both Inspections and Service Requests that are assign to a specific location or amenities will launch properly.

Navigate to<https://app.servusconnect.com/app>

Select the "Properties" tab. \ Circled in black is where you will select to view the property you desire.

From there you will select "Locations & Amenities". You will notice you have 6 default location and amenities: - Offices - Maintenance Shops - Clubhouses - Grounds - Building Interior - Building Exterior Please keep in mind if a location/amenity does not apply to your property you can archive it by selecting the "x" button on the top right of the location/amenity circled in black. You can also edit the name by selecting the pencil icon circled in blue. This will become more important when you have more that one of a specific location.

To add categories, select "Manage Categories" circled in red.

In this tab you will see multiple locations and amenities that you can select based on what your property has. After selecting what your property has, select save in the bottom right corner.

You can also add additional locations/amenities to a category by selecting the plus sign circled in red. For example say that you have more than one grill location, you can add additional grill locations to your property. Now when a grill inspection is launched one will launch for each grill location.

Simply fill out the nickname for the additional location/amenity and select save on the bottom right corner circled in red.

You will see below that there is now an additional location/amenity called "Office 2" this helps to specify where recurring service requests and inspections projects may be located. You can see circled in red the quantity of locations/amenities for that category. Additionally you will see right by it circled in black how many recurring service requests it is attached to and circled in blue is how many inspection projects it is attached to.
