Right-click the regex hierarchy to add a new search.

In the "Regex Command" area, enter the regex/capture to search for then click "Apply"

To see the results, right click the new search and click "Run"

The results are displayed on the right hand side, to wrap the lines you can click the "Wrap" option.

Select "String Operations" and click "Prefix"

Enter the text to prepend the captured text with, in this example we are prepending "there" with "Hello".  Then click "OK"

Right click the search, and select "Run" to execute the search again, but this time with the mapping prefixing mapping action.

Hello is now prepended to any place "there" is found.
