Logging into Shelby for the first time

This guide provides a straightforward process for first-time users to log into Shelby and reset their passwords.

Navigate to [https://blcbcs.shelbynextchms.com/user/login](https://blcbcs.shelbynextchms.com/user/login)

Click [[Forgot Password?]]

Click this text field [[Username or Email]]

Set your username to **[[FirstName.LastName]]** and Click [[Send Password]]

You should see "New password emailed!"

Navigate to your email and find the email named "\[Shelby Next ChMS\] Your password has been reset."

The email will contain your temporary password. Copy it.

Click [[You can login here.]]

Type your username and temporary password and Click [[Login]]

Click on your initials in the top right corner.

Click [[View Profile]]

Click [[Account]] tab

Under Credentials, update your password and retype it in confirm password.

Click [[Save]] in the bottom left corner of the page
