When you are in the plan room portal all you need to do is click on the Calendar icon.

This will take you to a calendar that lists each bid date and pre-bid date. Every project will be listed here with their pre-bid date and bid date listed on the day of the event. You can navigate directly to the project from this point too.

You can select what month you want to view at the top of the page by changing the drop down selection.

Click "Go" to take you to the month you want to view.
