Lets proceed to setup your first mailchimp to pass information from Brella to Mailchimp. 

Click on the button "Create"

Now inside of Zapier, you're going to need to connect all of the applications that you want to use first - than you want to connect them to each other through zapier. To start connecting your application which should trigger/start the integration click the "Search apps…" field.

We are now going to connect Brella to Zapier. Zapier supports integration between a wide range of applications. While many of them are listed in the site itself, Our Brella Zapier app is currently in private beta and requires an invite to add to Zapier and connect with your other applications. Only once you have received and accepted the invite can you proceed with connecting the Brella app to your Zapier account. Brella will soon be made publicly available in zapier  and an invite will not be required

Type Brella and Click "Brella Events - by invite" from the dropdown.

Click the "EventRequired" field and select an event to trigger the integration

Click to search within choose application and click on  "+ Connect a new account"

Enter the API key shared with you by the Brella team. If you have not yet received your Brella API key, please reach out to your CSM.

To access the Brella event Organization ID - visit the Brella Admin Panel and click on the organization name. Copy the three digits shown in the URL

Click on the relevant event under your organization and in the window that opens you will see four digits in the URL - that will be your event ID

Once you have entered the details, click on the Orange button 'Yes Continue'

For future integrations and other zaps within your integration, your Brella account can be selected from the drop-down. You will not require to enter the details again. 

Click "Continue" once you have added / selected your Brella Account with your unique API key

Next you will need to set the trigger that will start the integration, for this step, you will need to first connect the Brella event by entering the event ID and your Brella Organization ID once again.

Click the "EventRequired" field and select an trigger - for this demo purpose we are selecting 'New Invite Created"

If the connections have been made correctly, the test data will pass and you can proceed to the next step by Clicking "Continue"

Next step is to set the action to be performed in the same or different app when the trigger is raised as set. Click the "Search apps…" field under actions

Type and select the application you are working with - in this demo we will proceed with Mailchimp.  Click on "Mailchimp" from the dropdown

Select from the actions listed for this application. We are going to first search if the subscriber exists in Mailchimp. Click "Searches for a new subscriber on your MailChimp audience."Find a Subscriber''

Click "+ Connect a new account" You will be shown a popup to enter your Mailchimp logins and connect.

Once you have selected the connected mailchimp account.Click "Continue"

Set up the action by searching from which field to search Mailchimp. This is a required field.  

From the dropdown, you will be able to select the email field run during the test run of the trigger. Select this field

Set the step to be considered a success when nothing is found to yes  to make sure the integrations next steps run 

Once that action runs successfully, click on the + sign to add the next action step to add or update the subscriber

Select "Add/Update Subscriber" for this demo purpose

Click "Choose an account…" and you will be able to select the Mailchimp account you previously connected.

Link the data to be updated in Mailchimp from Brella - Brella registered email as subscriber email in Mailchimp

Confirm to update existing to avoid creating duplications in Mailchimp 

Under tags, you will be able to select the tags you initially setup in Mailchimp. This is not required unless you would like to differentiate them in your list

Link the first name field to the first name captured from the Brella Trigger  

Similarly, link the last name in mailchimp to the Last name captured from the Brella trigger. 

Under invite link, add the common join URL as shown below or if it is a white label event, add your unique join URL .... 

after the URL, select the token from the dropdowns shown  

Select the fill token under Join Code (or for the relevant field that you created in your Mailchimp account)

Congratulations, you have now successfully setup a Mailchimp integration to pass Brella Invites to your Mailchimp audience list. 

Remember once the event is finished to manually turn off this integration.
