Environmental Testing and Consulting- Lead Courses

Here you will see the various BoxOffices. We split these up according to training subject for listing on our website.   This is one of the most important steps. Make sure you're in the RIGHT box office before you make a class.  Lead , Asbestos, DLTP or 'other' . The "OTHER" classes are not filled out yet.

Once you pick your box office, click "Events"

Here you will see a list of all the classes. Some are already scheduled- some have past dates, and others near the top, have no dates scheduled yet. Choose the course you would like to schedule.  \

Refreshers are ALL online.\
Initials have both DETROIT and ROMULUS locations. \
\
Pick the template for the class, and /or location and click it.

You can see here various courses that do not yet have dates scheduled.  You will follow the same steps as the rest of this tutorial, the initial location of the template is just in a different location.

For example purposes we'll use  "Romulus Office: Lead Abatement Supervisor – Initial"

Once that page opens, Click "Occurrences"

Too add another date, simply click "add single Occurance"

You will then be prompted to pick a date- For multiple day classes just pick the range.  

You can then set the start and end times.

The class should show up as published if the class has other dates scheduled, otherwise you will be prompted to publish the class.

If you made a mistake, click the three circles.

From here you can delete, or set unavailable to cancel the class session.

It will ask you to confirm this selection.

Next we will send a mass email to students.  Click the box office for the class type: DLTP, Lead, or Asbestos.  To do this , click the dropdown.

From here you can choose your box office- DLTP, Lead, or Asbestos. (The names have been changed as of this screen cap to feature the COUSE type first then ETC) 

For this demo, we're going to pick Asbestos courses. Click manage box office.

Find the Class type you're looking for-  Courses that are upcoming should show in 'upcoming events'

For Demo purposes we will chose - Asbestos Abatement contractor/supervisor. Click the right class , and date.

So we have picked, all buyers, for Fri-April 26th class. Then enter your subject line and message.

If you want to see who is attending the event-Navigate back to the event page, and click 'issued Tickets'. From there you can see every attendee.
