You can get a full overview of all gift cards sold at your practice by navigating to "Financials"

Then click "Gift Card Reports"

At the top of the page you'll see a summary showing the total number of gift cards sold, the amount processed, the outstanding balance, and the total value.

Below the summary, you'll find a list of all gift cards which you can browse by status — such as Open, Purchased, Closed, Transferred, Expired, or Redeemed

You can also use the filter to narrow down the list by both status and expiration date, making it easy to track gift cards that are coming up for expiry.

You can access an individual gift card in two ways — either by clicking directly on it in the Gift Card Reports list...

...or by navigating to the patient's Patient360, clicking "Financials"

Then click "Gift Cards"

Either way, clicking on a gift card will open a sidebar with its full details

You'll see the gift card code, current balance, recipient, and expiration date.

The Transactions section at the bottom of the sidebar gives you a complete activity log for the gift card, showing when it was purchased, whether it has been transferred to another patient, and any payments it has been used towards.
