Manage Packets and Complete Forms
14 steps
Adoreal
1
You can set up a packet to keep every form, appointment, and file related to a procedure in one place.
2
Navigate to the patient's Paperwork and click on the arrow to open the packet
Overview of a Packet
3
The left sidebar brings everything tied to the procedure or appointment together: the forms added when the packet was created, the medication log, the health declaration, appointments, and items such as files and images.
4
You can drag and drop these sections to fit your workflow. Every user can organise their view and the order will remain the same for each patient.
5
To keep everything for the appointment gathered in one place, you can link journal entries, uploaded files and images and appointments by clicking the **+** next to Appointments or Linked Items. You can also add new forms or documentation as needed.
6
Open the Health Declaration to view or fill it in directly from the packet. The medication log sits alongside it, showing every medication prescribed to the patient
7
Appointments and items can be linked and unlinked as needed to keep your packet tidy. The original stays untouched on the patient's record. Forms can only be unlinked as long as they are not submitted
8
You can also create new journal entries directly from the packet. Just like any journal entry, these will be visible to the patient once they have been published.
9
You can view a form side-by-side by any other item by clicking on Split view and then select the item you want to view next to it.
10
A packet with no completed forms can be removed. Click **Delete** to remove it entirely.
Complete forms and view items
11
Click on the form you'd like to fill in.
12
Fill in the details and then click "Submit". The form will be saved as a draft and you can come back later to complete it. The form will be marked yellow, indicating it has been saved but can still be edited
13
When the form is ready to be finalised, click "Mark as complete". This will lock the form permanently and it can no longer be edited. The form will be marked green and the packet counter will update
14
If needed, you can save and print a completed form as a PDF using the print icon
