In the top menu bar of your Dashboard, locate and click on your **Workspace** name. This step is essential as it ensures you're managing the correct workspace, especially if you have access to multiple workspaces within Visme.

After selecting your workspace, look for the **Add a member** option and click on it to proceed.

A pop-up window will appear where you'll be prompted to enter the email address of the team member you'd like to invite to your workspace.

Once you've entered the email, click on the **Send Invite** button. This action sends an invitation email to the recipient. After sending, you will be redirected to the activation menu, where you’ll manage the pending invitations.

In the activation menu, you will see a list of users you've invited. Find the user you wish to activate, and select them by checking the box next to their name.

Once selected, click on the **Activate Now** button.

That's all! You have successfully activated new users in your workspace.
