Click on the drop down under Report to view filtering options.

Click "Edit report" for more detailed filter options

If you want to view a list of clients that are in the Needs Analysis stage, click on "Needs Analysis"

Then scroll down and Click "View report" to populate the report based on your filters.

Once you click View, you'll see a list of clients based on your filtered options.

An example of a contact that would be in the Prospect: Needs Analysis stage.

Clicking on the Next Action drop down will give you tips for what you can do with the contact in the platform.

You can click on this drop down arrow for more options on editing the client profile and send things like SOAs and Needs Assessments.

If you scroll down to "Contact history" You can see on here a log of actions you have done on this client profile. For example, when you send an SOA or a Needs Assessment, that will appear.

Click "Information & needs" to show all your contact's Medicare info and the health information they provided. When a client has filled out their Needs Assessment, that will be added to their profile automatically.  Once you client has filled out the needs assessment and submitted it that information will be added on her automatically. You can also add this information manually. For example "+Add primary care physician" to add their PCP.

You can see a "Enrollment checklist" to see if you have all the info you need to proceed with a quote in SunFire.

Click "Launch SunFire" once you have all the information needed to begin a quote.

Click "Client support" to manage any support requests you send to our team of Navigators for your Active Clients.

In the Support tab, you can click "Request" to submit a new request for your respective Active Client.

This example shows what a client profile would look like once you have enrolled them into a policy. You can see that the client was moved from a "Needs analysis" to "Enrolled"

The client has a Pending policy under "Pending policies" 

Once the Policy hits the effective date it will automatically move to  "Active policies" and change the client from "Enrolled" to "Active"
