You must be Head Admin of the account to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription. 

Navigate to [https://app.aestheticrecord.com](https://app.aestheticrecord.com/settings/manage-subscription)

Click the settings gear in the top right.

If you are currently on the **Accelerator plan** and you want to **downgrade** your subscription, click "**Downgrade to Essentials**".

If you are wanting to upgrade your account from the Essentials Plan to the Accelerator plan, follow the same steps and click Confirm and Upgrade.

**If you are currently in your TRIAL PERIOD**, you can **upgrade** your account at any time by clicking the Blue Upgrade button in the top right of your browser from any tab. 

Click "Upgrade" on either the Essentials plan or the Accelerator Plan. 

Enter in your credit card details and click "Charge"

**To change your credit card information**, scroll to the bottom of the Subscriptions page and click "Edit".

Type in the necessary details and hit Update. 

If you are on the Essentials plan or the Accelerator plan, you can **cancel** at any time.  Click "**Cancel Plan**" in the top right of the Subscriptions page.

Select the reason you are leaving. We are sad to see you go!
