Navigate to [https://www.ready2be.com/login/](https://www.ready2be.com/dbl/org-manager/dashboard/org)and login.

Select the role to invite from the dropdown. In our case, select "Trainee"

Enter the new trainee's first name, last name, and email.

Tip! If email is already in use, add a (+) and number before the "@"[Ex. trainee+5@email.com](mailto:Ex.%EF%BF%BCdillon+75@qltechworks.com)

By selecting a group, the invited "Trainee" or "Instructor" will be automatically assigned to the selected group

Click "Invite" to send the invite. An email with a registration link will be sent to the provided email.

Your pending invites appear on the left. For each, you can:

- Directly copy the invite link
- Resend the email invite
- Delete the invitation

Invited users will not show up in your list of users until they have completed the registration from the invitation.
