Managing Contractors in Admin Portal

The purpose behind having Contractor information on the municipal portal is so that users can quickly add the contractor name/logo to projects for public display on the resident portal. This guide explains how to add/edit/delete a contractor profile.

Creating a Contractor

This process does not give the contractor an account to use the system. It simply displays their information on associated projects.

Navigate to [https://civify.io/portal/public/admin/dashboard](https://constructionsitetech.com/portal/public/admin/dashboard)

Click "Contractors"

Click "Add Contractor"

Fill out the company name. This will be publicly displayed.

The contractor's email/phone number do not publicly display.

Add the contractors logo (this does publicly display)

Click "Submit"

Deleting a Contractor

Click the action menu button

Click "Delete"

Deleting a contractor cannot be undone. It will remove the logo from any projects associated with it.
