Managing Resident Data (Imports & Exports)

Learn how to efficiently manage your resident database through bulk imports and data exports. This guide provides instructions for navigating project-specific settings and exporting custom resident records for your administrative needs.

Resident Records Access

Select 'Residents' from navigation menu.

Resident Bulk Import

Bulk imports are a great tool for public meetings where residents can fill out a sign in sheet to get notified about a project or topic. When they're imported, the resident is automatically subscribed to the content you select. They will get an email letting them know an account has been created.

Click 'Bulk import' button.

Download CSV template for bulk import.

Follow instructions on the Instructions tab of the sheet.

Fill in the user information. The name, email, and address are required fields for proper account creation.

Tip! To mark a subscription to email, SMS, calls - simply place an x in the column

Click 'Browse' to upload your resident file.

The upload file must be a .csv file. From excel, select File -> Save As -> set file type as .csv

Select projects for the residents to be subscribed to. Multiple selections are allowed.

Click Upload to complete. On completion, each resident will be subscribed to the content you selected and they will receive an email letting them know an account has been created for them.

Resident List Export

Click 'Export' on residents page.

Click "All subscriptions"

Select the contact details to export and then click download.

Individual Profile Export

Select a resident from list to view their profile.

Click 'Export record' within resident profile.

Select the export type you want (pdf or JSON) and then select the information you wish to have included.

Click 'Export' to complete file download.
