Log into the **Direct Ordering Admin Portal**.

From the navigation sidebar, click **Stores**.

Click on the store card to view all stores under the brand.

Select the location you want to update.

In the sidebar, click **Revenue Centers**.

Select the revenue center for which you want to update the hours.

From here, you can manage the following: - **Hours:** Update the store’s standard operating hours. - **Holiday Hours:** Set special operating hours for holidays or specific dates. - **Blocked Hours:** Block specific times when ordering is not allowed.

Managing Store Hours

Click **Hours** from the navigation sidebar.

Here, you can view and update: - **Pickup Hours:** The times when customers can place pickup orders. - **Delivery Hours:** The times when delivery orders are accepted. You can set different hours for each weekday based on your business needs. If you turn off Pickup or Delivery for a specific day using the toggles, that service type will not be available on that day.

When finished, click **Update Hours** to save your changes.

Click **Remove All** if you want to clear all existing hours and start fresh.

Managing Holiday Hours

Click **Holiday Hours** from the navigation sidebar.

Click **Add New** to create a new holiday schedule.

Enter: - **Holiday Name** (e.g. Thanksgiving) - **Date** - Open and Close times for both Pickup and Delivery. - Toggle the Flipper "**Off**" if the store will be closed for Pickup or Delivery on that day. - Click on "**Remove**" to delete the Row

Click **Update** to save the holiday hours.

Managing Blocked Hours

Click **Blocked Hours** from the navigation sidebar.

Click **Add Blocked Hours**.

In the pop-up, enter: - **Weekday**: The day you want to block hours for. - **Start Time**: When the blocked period begins. - **End Time**: When the blocked period ends.

Click **Submit** to save.

To remove a blocked time, click **Remove** next to the blocked hour.
