Getting Started

Once you have logged into your account, navigate to the Account Setup and click on 'Account' on the navigation panel on the left. If you do not have the Account function, please ask the person in charge of your Wetu account for permission to access this.
From there, select the 'Suppliers Tab' to view your list of preferred suppliers.
The preferred supplier list is populated by what consultants add to their itineraries in the Accommodation Step of the Itinerary Builder. If you have just started building itineraries, your list will not be as extensive. However, you can extend the list by building itineraries or by adding them manually, as explained below.

Adding Suppliers

To add a Supplier simply search the suppliers' name in the 'Search Products' on the top Left-hand side and a drop-down menu will appear for you to select from. Select the Supplier from the drop-down and click on 'Quick Add' to add it to your page. It will appear at the top of the page initially and later in alphabetical order.
**Note:** Only suppliers loaded in Wetu can be added in this field. If the supplier you are looking for is not on Wetu yet, email [Content](mailto:content@wetu.com) and they will have it added for you.

Customising your Description

Click on 'Description' and a pop-up window will appear for you to edit the content.
Edit your content in the same pop-up window and click 'Save' to save your customisation.
**Note:** When you insert your own custom description or make edits to the default, it will override the default Wetu content in your outputs. Having overwritten the default content also means that if the Supplier updates the content, your description will not update. All content loaded here is for your Wetu account only. No one else will have access to the customisations.

Translating your Descriptions

Wetu has the ability to produce your Itinerary outputs in multiple languages. Wetu has translated our Templates so that the framework of the itinerary will automatically translate into the language you have selected. To translate your descriptions into the relevant languages that you sell, all you would have to do is select the language you would like to add a description to and add your translation to the correct tab.
Should you not see the language you wish to translate your content into listed, first check the available languages in the Options Tab and select the languages you would like to work with. Refer to [this article](https://scribehow.com/shared/Languages__pM89LUtkTOOUpChA6GGKgw?referrer=documents) to learn more about managing languages in Wetu.
If you don't add in the translations for your itinerary and you change the language of your itinerary in the Itinerary Builder, your information will still display in English. Main headings and sub-headings will be translated when changing the language of an itinerary.
Once you have translated your Descriptions into your preferred languages,  you are able to build or copy an existing itinerary in the respective language. To select a different language for your itinerary, click on 'Languages' on the Itinerary Details Step of the Itinerary Builder and select your preferred language for your itinerary.

Adding Custom Room Descriptions

Using the drop-down menu, you can select and change the text for the various room types. If there is a new room type you would like to add, click on 'Add Custom Room'. The Custom Room will be listed in this drop-down menu as well.

Add Custom Activity

Using the drop-down menu, you can change the text for the various activities. If there is a new activity you would like to add, click on 'Add Custom Activity'. The Custom Activity will be listed in this drop-down menu as well.
**Wetu Suggests:** For hotels that do not have their own room or activity description, adding custom options will make sure your clients receive extra information about the services and their stay. It will also ensure your consultants give accurate, hotel specific information to their clients.
Please ensure that you have permission from the Content Owner to ensure that there are no copyright issues when itineraries are distributed. Wetu is not responsible should any issues occur.
