Navigate to [https://mail.obrienmedia.co.uk/iredadmin/login](https://mail.obrienmedia.co.uk/iredadmin/login)

Click the "Username" text field. Type your full admin username into the "Username" - this will be your main email account username, or any email account username that has been set up as an admin. We will tell you what these are.

Click the "Password" field and enter your password (this is the same password used to collect emails from the email account you entered the username for above)

Click on your email domain name, e.g. "[pembrokedigital.co.uk](http://pembrokedigital.co.uk)"

Click on the name of the user you want to change the password for, in this example our user is called "Example User"

Click into the first password field and enter the new password

Click into the second password field and re-enter the new password

If you need to change another user password click on "Users"

When you have finished be sure to clock on "Logout"
