Managing Users within Ui.Marketing

Learn how to manage users, update their information, and permissions within Ui.Marketing. This requires the permission to manage users within Ui.Marketing.

Navigate to <https://ui.marketing/admin/user>

Click "EDIT" next to the user you want to update

You are taken to the "General" tab for this user where you can update their user information or block the user. You are able to see the user's access but we do not allow you to update it at this time. To update a user's access, please submit a [Support ticket.](https://support.ui.marketing/kb-tickets/new)

At the bottom, you will see you have the ability to "block" the user if they no longer need access to Ui.Marketing.

Select "PERMISSIONS" tab

This is where you can manage what permissions the user has within Ui.Marketing. You can turn on specific access within each product area in Ui.Marketing by clicking the checkboxes. You can also toggle on and off whole areas of Ui.Marketing if the user does/does not need access.
