You can manage your contacts from the Contacts page on the left hand side of yur LoLo account.

Some users are able to sync contacts from their CRM ***and*** manually import or add contacts directly in Lolo. You can find the source for a contact, *(whether you're syncing them or have manually entered them)*, by looking at the trash can icon to the left of each contact.

If your trash can icon is **red**, the contact has been added directly in LoLo and can be fully managed within LoLo. This means you can change or edit any piece of contact info from inside LoLo or delete the contact in LoLo.

If your trash can icon is **gray**, the contact has been added inside your CRM.

You cannot delete this contact in LoLo; You must delete them by removing the tag or group inside your CRM. 

You may not edit their name, email or phone number inside of LoLo; you must edit that info inside your CRM. 

**You can, however, edit the zip code and zone assigned to the contact from inside of LoLo**

Simply click the edit button, then change the zip code or zone, and then save. 

*Note that going forward, any changes to the zip code made in your CRM will not update in LoLo. You will have to continue to edit this contact's zone selection from LoLo. All other info related to this contact will update from your CRM.*
