How to Access, Upload, & Delete a Folder

How to Navigate to Files

**The Companies, Properties, Tenants, and Contacts tabs have a Files tab that links to the specific company, property, tenant, and contact.** BEFORE YOU START, BE SURE TO NAVIGATE TO THE CORRECT FILES TAB SO THE FILE(S)/FOLDER(S) LINK TO THE CORRECT COMPANY, PROPERTY, TENANT, OR CONTACT.

From the navigation menu, select **Files**.

How to Upload a Folder

Select **Click or Drop Files Here** to upload or drag and drop the file folder.

How to Create a Folder

Select **New**.

Enter the **folder name** > Select **Create**.

How to Delete a Folder

Select the **three-dot menu** for the folder you want to delete > Select **Delete**.

Select **Yes** to confirm.
