Before completing any delegate merge activity, be sure the delegates are genuine duplicates, as these cannot be undone

Click "Duplicate Delegates" to access the Report

The report will then show you a list of all delegate profiles it believes may be duplicates

By hovering your mouse over the two names, you are able to see snapshots of the delegate profiles, including the creation dates, email addresses & organisations

You then have the option to do a a quick-merge, by merging Delegate 1 into Delegate 2 or vice-versa - this will make the chosen profile the main, meaning that all delegate info on the other profile will go, but event/booking history will remain on the profile

The other option is to manually select which profile information needs to be stored. Click "Detailed Review"

The Detailed Review allows you to cherry-pick which profile information is kept after the merge. This is done by clicking the radio button in each show to chose with info is stored.

Regardless of what profile info is cherry-picked, all booking/event history will be stored on the profile

Once the info has been chosen, click "Merge" at  the bottom of the window
