Click Recipient Name and type your recipient's name here.

Click Order Number and type their order number here.

Click Delivery Address and type the recipient's delivery address here.

Click Delivery Instructions and type instructions here, for example, "leave with a neighbour" or "Unlocked shed round the back".

Click Other Instructions and type any instructions you have for the company to carry out, for example, "Call customer only, elderly person and doesn't like emails or SMS".

Click Order Status Note and type any notes here, for example, "Ready to Deliver Week Commencing 14th".

Click the Email field and enter recipients email address.

Click "Contact Mobile" and enter recipients mobile number.

Tip! The system only needs the contact number entered once unless it is different, for example, a home number as well as a mobile.

Click Product Quantity and type the quantity of this product here.

Click the product code field and type the product code here.

Click the product description field and type the product description here.

Tip! If you have products added to the system via the warehouse, whilst you type the code or description the autofill box will appear similar to the screenshot in the previous step, clicking this will add the data.

Click the weight field and type the weight here.

Click the CBM field and type the CBM of the product here.

Repeat Steps 11- 15 for each product being delivered/collected to add these to the order.

Tip! Product Labels are generated based on a simple calculation of 'QTY X Parts' so if you have two boxes for one item you would enter '1 QTY, 2 Parts' and this will add two items to the order and two labels/barcodes.

If the Order is ready (and released to be routed) leave the box ticked, otherwise, untick the box so this is not processed until ready and click the "save order" button to create the order.
