Here's two bits of good news:
1. All of this is done in the Tall Bob platform
2. This will only take about 1 minute.

Start by logging into Tall Bob though https://app.tallbob.com/integrations
If you log in by a saved link, you can get to integrations by clicking the Setting gear in the top right-hand corner.

Now, left click on the three vertical dots next to the segment you want to manually sync.

When the dropdown appears, select "Initiate Sync".

It's that easy. You'll see a change in the number of contacts and you'll also see a change in the sync status.
When the sync is complete, there will be a blank under the Sync Status.
