From Microsoft Teams, click the **Apps** icon in the bottom left hand corner.

Type "Virtual Appointment" in the search bar

Click **Install** or **Open** on "Virtual Appointments" the app to the right.

The Virtual Appointments apps will appear in the left side bar. Right click it and choose Pin to keep it in the side bar.

Click the **Virtual Appointments** app to open it.

Click **View all booking calendars in your org**

Choose **"Preston Trail Care"** from the list

Click the **Manage** tab and click the **copy button** shown to share a link for clients to book an appointment.
