This guide assumes you are already in a Team meeting. Please join a Teams meeting if you are not already in one.

A pop up will appear. Click the **Security & Privacy settings** button

A window will open with the title **Screen & System Audio Recording**

Search the list for the Microsoft Teams app. Turn on the toggle next to Microsoft Teams.

Click the red **X** to close the **Screen & System Audio Recording window**

You will now have options to choose to share your screen or a window.

Skip Step 10 if you chose to share a Screen

When you click the Window button you are presented with a list of open windows. Choose which one you'd like to share.
