From Microsoft Teams, open the Teams app from the left side bar

Find the desired team team in the list. Click the small arrow to unfold the channels.

Click the **General** channel to open it.

At the top of the General channel you will see the **Calls** tab. Click **Calls.**

Locate the Call Queue section in the bottom right hand corner.

Alert! Not all Call Queues allow you to enable or disable your calling. If the toggle mentioned below is not available and you need access to it please put in a Tech Support Ticket.

Locate the toggle just below the keypad and your work number. Toggling this on or off with remove you from the Call Queue or add you. If you do not want to receive phone calls related to a shared line such as Financial Assistance or Pastor On Call. You should turn this toggle off.
