Mobile App: Style Out Process

This guide provides a step-by-step process for using the mobile app's Style Out feature, making it essential for users looking to streamline their styling workflow. It simplifies the scanning and inputting of products, ensuring that users can efficiently manage their style pieces and hero products. By following this guide, users can enhance their productivity and ensure accurate documentation of their styling efforts, ultimately leading to a more organized and effective styling process.

After logging into the mobile app and choosing the desired Studio/Brand app, choose Scan from the home screen.

Scan the barcode of your first sample. If you have the image capture active, you will be prompted to capture an image of the sample. If no image is needed, choose SKIP to scan the next sample or DONE if you only want to input the hero product now, and add the styling pieces later.

For this example, we're inputting the style pieces with the hero product. After capture, we'll press DONE.

The next screen will begin loading information about the samples, including reference images (if previously provided), locations, and other data points as they are configured for your Brand/Studio. If you have captured sample reference images during the initial scan, you will see the upload progress bar displayed.

After the images have uploaded (or if you don't have images to upload), press DONE to move to the next screen.

From the Options Menu, choose Style Out.

First, select the hero product from the list of possible products you scanned initially.

ShotFlow will determine if any existing Style Outs are present, and if not, you'll choose New Style Out.

OPTIONAL: If existing Style Outs were found and you wanted to adjust them, you can pick one from the list, and and edit form (similar to the Step below) would display with existing details to edit (this may vary based on your Brand/Studio configuration.) Otherwise, from this screen, you would choose NEW.

The Style Out form is displayed (this can vary based on the configuration of your Brand/Studio app). Begin inputting details as needed. If you wish to capture a reference image of the Style Out, click on Reference Image in green.

A popup gives you the option to use the Camera or pick an existing image from your Photo Gallery. For this example, we'll choose Camera.

After capturing the image, you can review it. Choose to RETAKE if you need to recapture, or choose USE PHOTO to move to the next step in the Style Out process.

After all of the details for the Style Out have been input, choose CREATE (or if you are editing an existing one, NEXT replaces create.)

A confirmation screen is displayed ensuring success. Choose NEXT.

The next screen will show all products initially scanned. If you need to add more products, you can choose SCAN BARCODE, then scan sample barcodes until all desired styling pieces are entered. The hero product is distinguished from styling pieces via a green checkmark and separate section.

OPTIONAL: If you need to remove any scanned or existing products, you can do so by swiping on the product to the left and exposing the DELETE button. Choose the button and the product will be removed.

A confirmation screen is displayed ensuring success. Choose NEXT.

Choose which type of Shots should be assigned to this Style Out. These shots are existing ones for the hero product.

If no shots are found, you will see a warning screen. Click CANCEL to end the Style Out process (the Style Out Record still exists in the web platform, but it will have no shots assigned to it). OR click BACK to adjust the hero product.

A confirmation screen is displayed ensuring success. Choose DONE.
