Move Status from In Progress to Waiting Closure

Click "Active - In Progress"

Move this along to Waiting Closure

Add an Action

Click the Actions link

Click "New"

Add a title

To add an action due date select the calendar icon

Add in a date and time

to Assign a users, select this field and find the person you are assigning to

Select their name

Click "Create Record" to add the Action

To view & add in more Actions click the "Actions" tab

To go back to the initial incident select the Record Overview

View Actions

View the "Fast Facts"
