The My Coachees page offers a comprehensive place for coaches to effortlessly manage and support their coachees' journey. From streamlined access to vital information like sessions, surveys, notes, and program details to robust filtering options and detailed coachee profiles, it is a central hub for efficient coaching management, enhancing productivity and effectiveness in the coaching process.

Navigate to “**My Coachees**” on the left-hand navigation panel.

**My Coachees**

When accessing the **My Coachees** page, you'll find an array of filtering options, allowing you to sift through coachees based on criteria such as name, status, levels, programs, and specific date ranges.

- **Coachee Name**
- **Status** (Active is the default filter setting)
- **Coachee levels**
- **Programs**
- **Start Date From/To**
- **End Date From/To**

You can effortlessly explore all columns by scrolling as necessary, while also having the ability to conveniently sort any column using the arrow option located beside the column header.

*Note: If you coach across multiple modules (1:1, group, on-demand coaching), your engagements will show under the appropriate tab in the My Coachees view.*

**My Coachees (1:1 Coaching)**

When accessing the "**My Coachees**" page, you'll find an array of filtering options, allowing you to sift through coachees based on criteria such as name, status, levels, programs, and specific date ranges.

**Informational Data**

Some of the engagement data isn't clickable, but it's worth reviewing and understanding. Below are some of those details.

- **Status**
  - Active - The engagement is currently in progress.
  - Pending - The engagement is not active yet. 
  - Completed - The engagement has ended, based on the end date.
  - Paused - The engagement is on hold, as actioned by your Admin, which means that you are not currently actively engaged with the coachee.
- **Coachee Level** - These are customizable by your Admin.
- **Start Date**
- **End Date**

**Coachee**
